TOUR & TASTING
This is a personalised Tour, and Guided Tasting. Our brewer will guide you through the history of beer, the brewing process and a generous tasting of (at least) six beers. Why not register to attend or give the tour as a special gift?
Our next available dates are Saturday, 11 May and Saturday, 25 May. Tour starts at 2:30. Tours are £25 per person and space is limited.

What is Brewer's Guild?
By definition, a guild is an association of artisans and merchants who oversee the practice of their craft in a particular territory.
For us, our BG is more like a brewers club. We will meet and discuss various topics on the subject of beer. And by design, this social club will, sip, share, and enjoy beer, while exploring the craft. Part of our Mission Statement is "to champion craft beer through education, exposure, and experience." That is what this our Brewer's Guild is designed for.
We will meet at the Brewery Tasting Room on the last Thursday of each month from 6:30-8 pm. If you are already a home brewer, please bring something you would like to share. If you are not a brewer, or not currently brewing, bring a couple of cans or bottles of one of your favourites to share with the group.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 25 April, and whether you currently brew, used to brew, want to brew, or just share an interest in beer, you are welcome to pop by to share beer and ideas. Hope to see you there!
Food Truck Spotlight - The Tipsy Toastie
What can we say about our good friend Simon and his Tipsy Toasties? Well to start off with his food is fabulous. We think his are the best gourmet grill cheese sarnies on the planet. So good in fact that even with my small stomach I always have two each time he visits. And my wife hurries up for one, too!
Simon started his company in 2021 with a passion for sourdough, grilled cheese, and craft beer. Combining these together the Tipsy Toastie was formed. Partnering with local breweries and using the finest sourdough bread from Bakehouse24 in Ringwood, Hampshire the idea came to life. His signature Toastie is filled to the brim with a blend of Mzozarella, Smokey Monterey Jack, and English Cheddar and finished with a drizzle of glaze made from ale from local breweries and tap rooms.
We must mention that Simon is one of the nicest fellows you will ever meet. He was one of our original vendors and he will always be a top choice for BFB. Do yourself a favour and come up for a Tipsy Toastie or a Tipsy Dog Friday, 3 May and Saturday, 25 May!
