We have come a long way and the next goal is within reach... a spring of 2023 grand opening!
But in order to get there we need to generate some funds. The target is £5000 in pre-sales of beer and merchandise. And we need to do it fast!
As I write we are preparing to brew the first test batch on the new kit. This will help to ‘dial-in’ the brew house and to scale our recipes.
In addition to our test brews, we have a bit more construction and need additional supplies and equipment before we brew our signature beers and welcome you to our new space.
Many friends have given freely of time, materials, and expertise knowing their only reward would be a handshake and a future beer. And that says a lot about the character of a community.
Now we need your help… We call it Friend-Funding. It is a bit like crowd funding but different.
At the recent Amport Christmas Fair we test-introduced the idea by selling a few future pints and future growler fills along with branded shirts and our new beer stainless steel beer flasks (aka growlers). Your support was amazing and in just a few hours we raised £500!
We are not looking for donations. We are pre-selling beer and merchandise. We want to give you something real for your money. How does it work, you ask?
Pre-order beer, buy a pint for a friend, sponsor a keg, buy some groovy BFB apparel to impress your friends, or buy a Friend-Funding Bundle, something we have created to give you even more value for your money.
These are tough times, and the winter could be rough. But if you have some extra money and would like to help, choose something from our Shop or Bundle page and send us an email. We will send you a secure payment link. Your merchandise will be customised and ready in a few weeks’ time. Your beer will be brewed in the coming months and ready in the spring. If you don't see the bundle you are looking for or have your own ideas on how to help please contact us and we will work together to design something that is right for you.
And don't worry if you have little to contribute. Even a small purchase can make a difference. Every bit helps.

Expect some soft openings of the Brewery and Tasting Room in the coming months. Of course you will be invited and will have first opportunity to taste beer and tour the space when it is ready.
